Whinslet is a new favorite for its languid lines, and the flounce effect of our fluid crinkled silk rayon. An Empire waist is highlighted by a double ruffle V-neck and plunging back, accented with an adjustable bow for fit. The straight skirt falls into a single tier, and hits at a true maxi length.
