RETURN POLICY

Quinn wants to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us!

Full price clothing and shoes purchased online may be returned for a credit card refund when postmarked within 5 business days from the delivery date. No exceptions.

Store credit or exchange will be given for items returned within 10 days of delivery.

If purchased from Instagram/Facebook, please return your order via traceable carrier.

Holiday Returns—Items purchased after November 15th as gifts can be returned for online or store credit until January 6th.

Items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with the original tags attached. Handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories, special orders and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return. No exceptions. Damaged items may be refused or customers may be charged a restocking fee. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx to 5003 Huguenot Road Richmond, VA 23226. Quinn is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We can also provide a return shipping label for eligible items upon request. A shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from refund.

Intentional Returns--If customer chooses to order multiple sizes in one style to try, they can return size(s) for store credit or exchange only. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed a $10 restocking fee will be applied. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from international orders.

In-Store Pick-up

If order is not picked up within one week of purchase date, items qualify for store credit only.

Please note that all orders are not guaranteed. Orders are subject to change based on each items availability in-store. Items purchased can be out of stock prior to your purchase but will be refunded during processing. All updates made to your order will be communicated through email.

 

In-Store Return Policy

Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for STORE CREDIT on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags (except Jewelry, Sunglasses, Accessories, Special Orders and Lingerie) within 7 days of the purchase date. Please bring the item(s) and original receipt to the store, and we will happily issue a store credit, or you may exchange the item(s). Sorry, no refunds. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Damages

Quinn will make every effort to accommodate returns of worn merchandise within 30 days of purchase that the manufacturer accepts as defective. If the manufacturer finds the product to be defective from manufacturing, you will be issued a replacement. If a replacement is not available, Quinn will issue a store credit.
