Full price clothing and shoes purchased online may be returned for a credit card refund within 5 business days. The merchandise must be postmarked back to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Store credit or exchange will be given for items returned within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with the original tags attached. Handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories, special orders and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return. No exceptions. Damaged items may be refused or customers may be charged a restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Quinn is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from international orders.
Please note that all orders are not guaranteed. Orders are subject to change based on each items availability in-store. Items purchased can be out of stock prior to your purchase but will be refunded during processing. All updates made to your order will be communicated through email.
Orders placed and delivered between December 1st and December 24th can be exceptionally returned for web credit until January 7th.
Orders delivered after December 25th follow the ordinary return policy of 5 days.
In-Store Return Policy--Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for STORE CREDIT on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags (except Jewelry, Sunglasses, Accessories, Special Orders and Lingerie) within 7 days of the purchase date. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
